Large 3Bedroom, 2Bath Condo, Golf Front No.5! Different from the rest, this condo has been updated with a finished area off the living room. Allowing more space for everyone to unwind and relax. With being less than 2 miles from the heart of the Village of Pinehurst, you are in the middle of all this historic town has to offer. Home includes King, Queen and two full beds. Fully stocked kitchen with standard drip coffee maker. When you're not on the course or shopping in the village, enjoy free wifi and cable! Home is located on the second floor and does require steps.

First the great.
Location is overlooking the 1st green on Pinehurst #5, a 15 minute walk to the clubhouse.
Communication with Sandhills. Outstanding!!! Issue with the tv in the main room and they had it replaced by the time we returned from golf.
Beds were very comfortable.

The “not my style”
The enclosed deck, limiting the fresh air into the unit without leaving the sliding glass doors open. Yes it gives you an extra table but for me I prefer the decking.

The needs some improvement.
Kitchen pans need to be replaced, beat up pretty bad.
Dust was everywhere. Not sure what the cleaning crew does but dusting is not one of them

All very good. Very nice unit and with the exception of the Broken TV in the Main sitting area, everything was A#1.

This condo was amazing. The pictures were accurate. All 4 of us had a bed to sleep on and did so very comfortably. Loved being right next to the green of hole 1 on course number 5. It was extremely quiet at night and in the mornings. Would have loved having screens on the windows in the sun rooms to be able to open them to let the fresh air in.

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. The panoramic golf course view from the sunroom was my favorite especially in the morning while having a cup of coffee. The location was nicely situated in the beautiful village. I definitely would book again.
