It was fine. Hard to find the unit in the dark. The oven was on when we arrived. There is mold on the shower liner. The electrical outlets are problematic. Some do not work, others have the plug fall out - don’t stay in....

Place was infested with cockroaches , both dead and alive.
So many we had to leave early. Lost a day visiting with family. Someone knew the situation because the were roach bates everywhere. Notafide manager with no concern or refund.

Short walk to the Cradle and No.2 is a huge bonus; Outdoor deck could have been much cleaner as it was caked in pollen. Upgrading fridge to include ice maker would be bonus. Contacted management company to get early checkin and never got a return call or email.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The property was conveniently located near the Fair Barn for the wedding we were attending. It's a short drive into downtown Southern Pines and Pinehurst as well. This place has everything you need and is very comfortable. It was relaxing sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course. We will definitely keep it on the list for our next trip to Pinehurst!

It was a nice unit. Clean and looks just like the pictures. Beds were foam and hard, so we didn't like that. Location was great. But didn't know it was on the second floor until after we booked it. Some light sockets didn't work.

Very comfortable place in a great location. We had 4 golfers so everyone had a bed. Furniture was set up for optimal tv viewing. Wide open doors to patio. Overall clean, with the exception of master bath shower, which was moldy/in need of re-caulking

Loved the area of the 68 Pine Valley Road condo. Enjoyed the quiet mornings having coffee on the back porch and watching the golfers. Close to the Village and all of the golf courses.

There is plenty of space at this condo. The large living room with wide double sliding doors looking out to the course made you feel you were in the action. The beds were comfortable and bathroom, although dated, were clean. Didn’t spend much time as we were out on the links. Plenty of kitchenware was available and it seems each guest leaves just a little more (spices, salt, pepper, etc) for the next group which was very nice. We will definitely stay again.

Condo was located in close proximity to the Pinehurst clubhouse, resort and village. Easy rental, check in and check out. While the upstairs unit is in an older condo complex, the interior was updated nicely. The area was quiet and the four beds were comfortable. Only disappointment was that while the view of the back slope of the green was nice, I had expected long fairway views used in several pictures in the posting.

Very convenient - beds are memory foam mattresses which we weren’t aware of (not my favorite). Nice to have the coffee pot with some coffee available thanks for that. I wished some of the fees and cleaning costs meant there would be someone to tidy up before we arrived. A few dead roaches were not the best welcome but at least they were dead. Owner should have a sweep up the morning of a new person checking in.
This unit has a bug problem and I can not recommend any guests stay here. There were large cockroaches crawling on the floors and climbing up the walls. Response from the rental agency was that this is normal for the area and has refused to apologize or offer any refund. I have stayed in other rentals in this area and never had this problem before so it is not due to the location.
