Excellent quiet and quick overnight retreat. A hotel-feel with home-like accommodations! Enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

The office was wonderful with helping me book my stay. The home is much larger than the photos make it look and was very clean. Perfect for a short visit stopping through town. I would choose to stay here again if I am in the area.

The property was accurately described, very clean, and close to everything we needed. If you like golf, this place is close to many of the best courses in Pinehurst. It is also close to groceries, shopping, and the lovely little village where there is lots of boutique shopping. I also enjoyed a park that was close by - Reservoir Park - where there are nice walking paths.

This was a very spacious quiet condo. The bed was very comfortable. Close to everything. Could use some new pots and pans.

Spent an extended period of time here. It was ideal. The location is perfect. The condo has everything you could need. There is ample living space and the bedroom is very large. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer as well as washer and dryer. There are two parking spaces very near the entrance. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Even though you are on the ground level, you do not hear your neighbors very much. It is a perfect spot when you are visiting the area. We would stay again.

Rental was super clean! First arrived to see many spider webs over front porch and thought “oh no!” When inside, it was super clean and updated. Kitchen only had basic so you may want to bring some favs with you. Bring coffee because no Kurig ! Bed was not very comfy but again i can’t say enough- how clean it was. Kitchen chair was broken when we arrived and front screen door came off when we were there. Just things that happen to any rental. If you are looking for a clean safe rental, this is the one for you!

Our stay was great. The location worked out awesome and the place was well set up with everything we needed. Only downside is they have some leaking issues in the shower and the floor is unlevel. Very evident to someone using a wheelchair at night. Otherwise I was good. You may want to know where the dumpsters are as we called management and they didn't know so just had to drive further in the development to find it.

The condo meant all of our needs and we would definitely come back again. Very comfortable and spacious.

We needed a rental unit for 2 months while our house was being built and stayed in 19F. It was the perfect size for 2 people. Had all the needed amenities, including washer/dryer, linens, and cookware. I really liked the little sun porch area where I set up my computer. The shower was a little quirky because it had only a small glass panel and the water splashed out onto the floor, so we kept a towel in the floor. The washer smelled a little musty and was noisy. The owner was nice and very helpful, as were the office staff.

The rental missed very basic items such as vacuum cleaner, bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials etc. There was sand outside the main door, and the sand always gets into the house.

We came in for a extended weekend and needed place to basically sleep and change between our planed events. The location was perfect and the condo was perfect for what we needed. Clean and a great back entrance...would highly recommend this rental property.
