This beautiful 2BR/2BA condo is located just off the traffic circle in the heart of Pinehurst which provides easy access to Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. This unit has been updated with luxury vinyl on the main level where the Master Bedroom is located which also has made the unit pet friendly, with a fee. Master bed sits higher. Please notify us if you plan on bringing a pet. Home has a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00- This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. The Master Bath has also been completely renovated and new furnishings can be found throughout! The second bedroom is on the second level and has it's own en suite bathroom. Home has standard drip coffee maker and keurig.

This was perfect housing for a special guest who wanted the privacy that comes with NOT staying in a hotel. It was clean and private, but conveniently located, with all amenities needed for a multi-week "home away from home."

After a busy holiday season, it was a great place to relax for a week! We enjoyed walking our little pooch in the park like neighhood and the very convenient to everything location. We do agree with a previous post, the king bed is just too high off the floor. It is difficult, and probably somewhat dangerous for senior citizens, to get up there! A low profile box spring would help alleviate the issue. Overall it was a very relaxing week!

Very comfortable furniture, especially the reclining chairs and king bed. Great layout. Spacious. Clean. Great home for our dog - even included a crate. Perfect location, close to the Pinehurst Clubhouse and other Pinehurst golf courses and also grocery stores and shopping in Aberdeen/Southern Pines.

We rented this bungalow for 5 nights and it's a pleasant stay. The location is great, about 10 min drive to Pinehurst or nearby golf courses. The house is very clean and well-maintained and the owner is very easy to reach and get prompt reply.

This condo (our second time there) is in a lovely quiet part of Pinehurst, suitable for walks and sitting outside among the trees. However, it is sometimes not easy to get into or out of the area on to the 15/ 501., The condo is very well equipped and roomy. I’d like to see a newer dining room table and chairs and cushions for the outside chairs. Older folks would appreciate having safety bars in the showers. The bed in the master bedroom is a bit high but manageable with a bit of thought and the steps outside still need a bit more light at night. We submitted two maintenance repairs but these were not dealt with. But overall, good value for money.

Everything was great except there were no lights outside going up and down the steps and it was difficult at night. I suspect the lightbulbs needed replaced.

All was as described and nice. My only issue was I am 5 ft tall and bed downstairs was at least 4 ft and I didn’t have a ladder. Nicely furnished, very quiet, good parking right in front.

For starters, working with the Sandhills management group was amazing. They were so accommodating and any questions or concerns we had they were just a cal or text away. This rental was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and we really liked the close proximity to everything.

The townhouse is in a great location! Close to the Village, dowtown Southern Pines and all the chain shopping (Belk, Lowes, Teeter, restaurants, etc) you could need/want! The unit is super clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It is also a very quiet location which made for peaceful sleeping. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it was great to have a washer/dryer as well.
The communication with the rental agency was outstanding!
Unit was clean, well kept. It could use some updates, but everything worked properly.
