Newly renovated home throughout including kitchen, baths, addition of outdoor fireplace and conversion to salt water pool. The kitchen is open to Carolina room with walls of glass overlooking pool. A covered porch with fireplace at far end is perfect for relaxing after a long day of golf!. Spacious living room and separate dining room, Master on first floor with handsome office on opposite side of home. Lovely grounds and very private! Easy stroll to the center of the Village, Village restaurants and activities. Across the street from the famed Pinehurst No 2 Golf Course, home of the 1999, 2004, 2014 and soon to be 2024 U.S. Open. Standard drip coffee maker in home. Please no more than 4 cars at vacation home.
Pool can be heated by request for $75/day. Please contact us at least a week in advance if you want the pool heated for your stay.
